I think we've usually finished amicably when I don't agree with him. His writing appears on many websites and he participates in many discussion forums. If a FSF campaign is offending Popey, then it's probably alienating a lot of UK hackers. But mainly, his post seemed a good summary description of the Genius Store denial-of-service attack and its bugs, much clearer than on the DbD site and probably clearer than I could write, so I quoted it here, then went on to point out it's wasteful and inefficient, as well as out of touch with hackers.
